Is your Dreamcast's fan super noisy, and (possibly) clogged with dust? Fan technology has advanced so much, that this kit, which comes with a high performance 5v original Noctua fan, is almost completely silent, and offers the same (if not better) airflow for your beloved Dreamcast.

The kit comes complete with the fan, the mounting bracket, a conversion cable and replacement top lid latch. You will also receive the fan in its original packaging, unopened, with all accessories, or the box with any unused accessories, if you are selecting this as an install accessory.

This is most likely the easiest mod for the Dreamcast, that offers such a dramatic improvement to your dreamcast (and your sanity).

We use SLS 3D printing technology, which results in hugely better quality than filament 3D prints you normally find on eBay. The brackets are more sturdy, and last much longer.

Great fan, small issue with GD-Rom installed

The fan is great once installed. The only issue I had is the 3d printed bracket is slightly incompatible when the GD-Rom drive is still installed. There is a small piece on the bracket that hits the GD-Rom drive, preventing it from going on. I was able to break this piece off with my fingers and get it installed. The only other thing I don't love is it's hard to tuck away all the excess wire, especially with the GD-Rom drive still installed (you'll have more room with GDEMU), but I think that's just inherent to the Noctua fan and not really on 8bitmods.
