Returns

You can request to return the products you purchased from us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Once you've notified us of your intention to return your purchased products, you have a further 14 days to return the products to us for a full refund minus shipping costs. The products need to be in their original undamaged condition. Items that have clear signs of use, dirt, damage on them and on their packaging, and generally have diminished in value from handling them, or testing them, or opening the packaging, may incur a deduction from the refund amount equivalent to the condition of the item.

Unfortunately, as we are a small business, we cannot offer free returns at this time. Any cost incurred to ship the product(s) back to us will have to be covered by you.

Returns of Faulty Products under Warranty

Products returned due to a manufacturer's issue, or damaged during shipping, qualify for a free return. As we have no service to issue return labels, you can post your item back to us and we will refund your postage costs to your original order.
Kindly note that only standard 2nd class or standard international shipping will be refunded. We will not refund courier or expedited / priority returns, and this cost will be incurred on you, should you choose to send it with such a service.

 

Shipping

We offer free UK Standard delivery on all orders for new games and select products. Free shipping will automatically be applied on checkout if your order qualifies.

The companies we use are Royal Mail and UPS for both UK and International destinations.

The cutoff time for same day shipping is 12:00pm London time on business days (Monday to Friday). If you place your order after, or outside the business days, your order will be dispatched on the next working day. This only applies to products that are ready to ship, and not preorders.

Warranty

We offer 12 months warranty from the time of purchase for all our products and the manufacturer's warranty for products manufactured by companies other than 8BitMods.
